The Gender Justice Clinic provides help to clients navigating name changes and changes to identification documents. The Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic represents taxpayers who have disputes with the IRS.
University of Miami School of Law
The Bankruptcy Pro Bono Assistance Clinic offers legal services to low-income individuals who are dealing with bankruptcy. The Children & Youth Law Clinic represents children in foster care and former foster youth in dependency, health care, mental health, disability, and more. The Immigration Clinic advocates on behalf of immigrants. The Investor Rights Clinic represents under-served investors in securities arbitration claims against their brokers.
